This Refund &amp; Cancellation Policy outlines your rights and our obligations when a confirmed travel service is canceled by you, by us, or as a result of unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mazala Travel is operated by&nbsp;<strong>Digital Consulting Service LLC<\/strong>, a Mongolian-registered company. All invoicing and payment processing is conducted through&nbsp;<strong>Mazala Limited<\/strong>, a private limited company incorporated in Hong Kong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.&nbsp;CUSTOMER-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us&nbsp;<strong>in writing via email<\/strong>&nbsp;at&nbsp;<strong>booking@localhost:10004<\/strong>. The following refund terms apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>REFUND SCHEDULE:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th><strong>Cancellation Notice Period Before Trip Start<\/strong><\/th><th><strong>Refund Eligibility<\/strong><\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>60+ calendar days<\/strong><\/td><td>100% refund, less admin fee (5%)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>30\u201359 calendar days<\/strong><\/td><td>70% refund<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>15\u201329 calendar days<\/strong><\/td><td>50% refund<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Less than 14 calendar days<\/strong><\/td><td>No refund<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>No-show or same-day cancellation<\/strong><\/td><td>No refund<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>SPECIAL NOTES:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any\u00a0<strong>non-refundable third-party fees<\/strong>\u00a0(e.g., prepaid hotels, permits, transportation) are deducted from the refundable amount.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All refunds are processed back to the\u00a0<strong>original method of payment<\/strong>\u00a0within\u00a0<strong>21 business days<\/strong>, subject to transaction processing timelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.&nbsp;CANCELLATION BY MAZALA TRAVEL<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to cancel a tour or travel service due to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, border closures, pandemics)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insufficient group size (if applicable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safety, health, or logistical issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Third-party cancellations (e.g., guides, accommodations)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>CUSTOMER OPTIONS:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Full refund<\/strong>\u00a0of the booking amount<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Or\u00a0<strong>credit transfer<\/strong>\u00a0to a future booking within 12 months<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Or\u00a0<strong>rescheduling<\/strong>\u00a0at no additional cost (subject to availability)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mazala Travel is not responsible for additional costs such as flights, visas, insurance, or personal losses due to cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.&nbsp;PARTIAL REFUNDS &amp; UNUSED SERVICES<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No refunds are provided for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unused portions of a tour or service once the trip has commenced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voluntary withdrawal or early departure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Missed services due to late arrivals or travel disruptions not caused by Mazala Travel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.&nbsp;CUSTOM &amp; PRIVATE TOURS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Custom itineraries and private tours are subject to separate cancellation terms, which will be disclosed during quotation or confirmation. In general:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A non-refundable deposit (10\u201330%) may apply<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Specific supplier terms override this policy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.&nbsp;VISA REJECTIONS OR TRAVEL BANS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your cancellation is due to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A denied visa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Government-imposed travel bans (Taiwan, Mongolia, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health-related entry restrictions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will assess the situation on a&nbsp;<strong>case-by-case basis<\/strong>&nbsp;and may offer partial refunds or credit vouchers, depending on the timing and supplier conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.&nbsp;PAYMENT DISPUTES &amp; CHARGEBACKS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We encourage direct communication to resolve refund issues.
