All invoicing is issued by&nbsp;<strong>Mazala Limited<\/strong>, a private limited company registered in Hong Kong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By booking any tour, service, or travel experience through Mazala Travel, whether online or offline, you agree to these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.&nbsp;BOOKING PROCESS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A) RESERVATION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All bookings must be made through&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/mazala-travel.com\/kr\">https:\/\/mazala-travel.com\/kr<\/a>, our authorized partners, or directly via our booking staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation and invoice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>B) REQUIRED INFORMATION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You must provide accurate traveler information, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full name as shown on passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nationality and birthdate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact details (email, phone, messaging apps)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passport number and expiration (when required for permits)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Failure to provide accurate or complete information may result in delays or booking cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.&nbsp;PRICING &amp; PAYMENT<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A) PRICES<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All prices are quoted in&nbsp;<strong>U.S. Dollars (USD)<\/strong>&nbsp;unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prices are based on current rates, tariffs, and exchange rates. We reserve the right to adjust prices prior to booking confirmation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prices include applicable Mongolian VAT where required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>B) INVOICING &amp; PAYMENT<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Invoices are issued by&nbsp;<strong>Mazala Limited<\/strong>&nbsp;(Hong Kong).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accepted payment methods: credit\/debit cards, international wire transfer, and supported online platforms (Stripe, PayPal, LINE Pay, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full payment must be received&nbsp;<strong>no later than 14 days prior<\/strong>&nbsp;to the trip departure unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.&nbsp;CHANGES &amp; MODIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Changes to an existing booking (e.g., dates, number of participants) must be requested in writing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Name changes may be permitted if no travel documents have been issued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.&nbsp;CANCELLATIONS &amp; REFUNDS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. In such cases, a full refund or alternative booking will be offered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.&nbsp;HEALTH, FITNESS &amp; PARTICIPATION<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically and medically fit for the selected activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Some tours may involve hiking, horseback riding, altitude exposure, or outdoor camping.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may be required to sign a medical waiver. Please review our&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/mazala-travel.com\/kr\/medical\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"34\">Medical\/Fitness Disclaimer<\/a>&nbsp;before booking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.&nbsp;TRAVEL DOCUMENTS &amp; ENTRY REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are solely responsible for ensuring that your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended departure date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must obtain and carry appropriate visas, travel permits, or required immunizations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taiwanese citizens may be subject to different entry procedures when visiting Mongolia or other countries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mazala Travel is not responsible for denial of entry, visa issues, or other border control matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7.&nbsp;INSURANCE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We&nbsp;<strong>strongly recommend<\/strong>&nbsp;purchasing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Comprehensive travel insurance<\/strong>, including trip cancellation and interruption<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Health and accident coverage<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Evacuation coverage<\/strong>&nbsp;for remote area travel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">See our&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/mazala-travel.com\/kr\/insurance\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"36\">Travel Insurance Disclaimer<\/a>&nbsp;for more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8.&nbsp;GROUP TOURS &amp; CONDUCT<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For group tours:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participants must comply with group etiquette and guide instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination without refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alcohol or drug misuse during the tour is grounds for removal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9.&nbsp;LIABILITY &amp; FORCE MAJEURE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mazala Travel is not responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Delays, losses, injuries, or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, government actions)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acts or omissions of third-party service providers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Mazala Travel for the relevant service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10.&nbsp;MINOR TRAVELERS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or have notarized parental consent. Please refer to our&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/mazala-travel.com\/kr\/child\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"40\">Child\/Minor Travel Consent Policy<\/a>&nbsp;for details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11.&nbsp;COMPLAINTS &amp;
