This Medical &amp; Fitness Disclaimer applies to all individuals booking or participating in any of our tours, experiences, or related services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By participating in any Mazala Travel activity, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this disclaimer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.&nbsp;PHYSICAL AND MEDICAL READINESS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our tours may involve activities such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Horseback riding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mountain hiking or trekking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exposure to remote environments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sudden changes in altitude or climate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Physical exertion over extended periods<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are solely responsible for determining your physical and medical fitness to participate in such activities. This includes confirming:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are in\u00a0<strong>sufficient health and physical condition<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are not currently under medical treatment or restriction that would prohibit your participation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u00a0<strong>do not have any pre-existing condition<\/strong>\u00a0(e.g., cardiovascular issues, respiratory conditions, joint injuries) that could be aggravated by travel or physical activity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have&nbsp;<strong>any doubt<\/strong>&nbsp;about your fitness for a tour, you must consult a qualified medical professional prior to booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.&nbsp;MEDICAL DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENT<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are required to inform us in advance if you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Have recently undergone surgery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are pregnant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are under treatment for chronic illness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Require special accommodations due to disability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have dietary restrictions or allergies requiring medical attention<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Failure to disclose such information may result in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Denial of participation in specific activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Removal from the tour without refund if conditions present safety risks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.&nbsp;ASSUMPTION OF RISK<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By participating in Mazala Travel experiences, you voluntarily assume all risks related to physical activity, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Slips, falls, altitude sickness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dehydration, insect bites, sun exposure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limited access to medical facilities in remote areas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delayed emergency response due to terrain or weather<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While we take reasonable steps to ensure safety,&nbsp;<strong>you participate at your own risk<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.&nbsp;PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONDUCT<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You agree to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Follow all safety instructions provided by tour leaders and local guides<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid reckless or dangerous behavior<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refrain from participating in any activity if you feel unwell or unsafe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mazala Travel reserves the right to&nbsp;<strong>exclude any participant<\/strong>&nbsp;from an activity or entire tour if their medical condition, fitness level, or behavior presents a risk to themselves or others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.&nbsp;VACCINATION &amp;
