This policy outlines the requirements and conditions for the participation of minors (defined as individuals under the age of 18) in any Mazala Travel tours, activities, or related services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By booking a service involving a minor, you agree to comply with the terms set forth below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.&nbsp;GENERAL POLICY ON MINORS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mazala Travel welcomes travelers of all ages but applies additional policies and requirements for minors to ensure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Their safety and well-being<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Legal compliance with Mongolian, Hong Kong, and international travel regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smooth coordination with border authorities and service providers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.&nbsp;DEFINITION OF A MINOR<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A&nbsp;<strong>minor<\/strong>&nbsp;is any individual under the age of 18 years at the time of travel, unless a higher age of majority is established by the jurisdiction of residence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.&nbsp;TRAVEL WITH PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Minors traveling with&nbsp;<strong>both parents or legal guardians<\/strong>&nbsp;are typically not required to provide additional documentation unless:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Required by the destination country<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Booking includes overnight stays in rural or nomadic environments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parents must still:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Acknowledge responsibility for the child\u2019s health, behavior, and safety<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the child complies with group guidelines and activity participation requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.&nbsp;TRAVEL WITH ONE PARENT OR GUARDIAN<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a minor is traveling with only&nbsp;<strong>one parent or guardian<\/strong>, a&nbsp;<strong>signed notarized consent letter<\/strong>&nbsp;from the non-accompanying parent\/legal guardian is strongly recommended and may be legally required when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Crossing borders into Mongolia or another country<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participating in homestays or extended group activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attending school exchange or youth programs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The letter should include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full name and passport details of both parents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full name and passport details of the accompanying adult and the minor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel dates, destination(s), and contact information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Statement of consent from the non-traveling parent or legal guardian<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.&nbsp;TRAVEL WITH NON-PARENT OR THIRD PARTY<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a minor is traveling with&nbsp;<strong>a relative, friend, teacher, or tour chaperone<\/strong>, a notarized&nbsp;<strong>Parental\/Guardian Consent to Travel Letter<\/strong>&nbsp;is required and must be submitted to Mazala Travel&nbsp;<strong>at least 14 days before departure<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This document should:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Authorize the named adult to travel with the minor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide permission for emergency medical treatment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be signed and dated by both legal guardians (if applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Failure to provide this document may result in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Denial of booking or activity participation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-refundable cancellation fees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.&nbsp;MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FOR MINORS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A&nbsp;<strong>Medical Authorization Form<\/strong>&nbsp;is required for all unaccompanied minors or minors not traveling with a parent. It authorizes Mazala Travel to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Seek and approve emergency medical care<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disclose medical information to relevant authorities or providers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact the parent\/guardian in urgent situations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This document is used only in emergencies and treated with full confidentiality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7.&nbsp;BEHAVIOR AND PARTICIPATION<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for ensuring that minors:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Follow guide instructions and group rules<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibit respectful behavior toward local cultures and customs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate only in age-appropriate and medically suitable activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mazala Travel reserves the right to limit a minor\u2019s participation in any tour segment that may be deemed physically or emotionally inappropriate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8.&nbsp;AGE RESTRICTIONS BY ACTIVITY<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some activities have age minimums for safety or regulatory reasons. These may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Horseback riding: minimum age 6<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mountain trekking: minimum age 10<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nomadic homestay: minimum age 12<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Camel riding or desert camping: minimum age 8<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Age limits will be clearly stated in the itinerary or trip notes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr
