BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Booking Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “Customer”) and Mazala Travel, a travel services provider operated by Digital Consulting Service LLC, a Mongolian-registered company. All invoicing is issued by Mazala Limited, a private limited company registered in Hong Kong.

By booking any tour, service, or travel experience through Mazala Travel, whether online or offline, you agree to these Terms.


1. BOOKING PROCESS

A) RESERVATION

  • All bookings must be made through https://mazala-travel.com, our authorized partners, or directly via our booking staff.
  • Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation and invoice.

B) REQUIRED INFORMATION

You must provide accurate traveler information, including:

  • Full name as shown on passport
  • Nationality and birthdate
  • Contact details (email, phone, messaging apps)
  • Passport number and expiration (when required for permits)

Failure to provide accurate or complete information may result in delays or booking cancellation.


2. PRICING & PAYMENT

A) PRICES

  • All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are based on current rates, tariffs, and exchange rates. We reserve the right to adjust prices prior to booking confirmation.
  • Prices include applicable Mongolian VAT where required.

B) INVOICING & PAYMENT

  • Invoices are issued by Mazala Limited (Hong Kong).
  • Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, international wire transfer, and supported online platforms (Stripe, PayPal, LINE Pay, etc.).
  • Full payment must be received no later than 14 days prior to the trip departure unless otherwise stated.

3. CHANGES & MODIFICATIONS

  • Changes to an existing booking (e.g., dates, number of participants) must be requested in writing.
  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
  • Name changes may be permitted if no travel documents have been issued.

4. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed rules and timelines.

Mazala Travel reserves the right to cancel any tour for safety, operational, or force majeure reasons. In such cases, a full refund or alternative booking will be offered.


5. HEALTH, FITNESS & PARTICIPATION

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically and medically fit for the selected activity.
  • Some tours may involve hiking, horseback riding, altitude exposure, or outdoor camping.
  • You may be required to sign a medical waiver. Please review our Medical/Fitness Disclaimer before booking.

6. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended departure date.
  • You must obtain and carry appropriate visas, travel permits, or required immunizations.
  • Taiwanese citizens may be subject to different entry procedures when visiting Mongolia or other countries.

Mazala Travel is not responsible for denial of entry, visa issues, or other border control matters.


7. INSURANCE

We strongly recommend purchasing:

  • Comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation and interruption
  • Health and accident coverage
  • Evacuation coverage for remote area travel

8. GROUP TOURS & CONDUCT

For group tours:

  • Participants must comply with group etiquette and guide instructions.
  • Disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination without refund.
  • Alcohol or drug misuse during the tour is grounds for removal.

9. LIABILITY & FORCE MAJEURE

Mazala Travel is not responsible for:

  • Delays, losses, injuries, or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, government actions)
  • Acts or omissions of third-party service providers

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Mazala Travel for the relevant service.


10. MINOR TRAVELERS

Travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or have notarized parental consent. Please refer to our Child/Minor Travel Consent Policy for details.


11. COMPLAINTS & CLAIMS

  • Complaints must be reported to the tour guide or our support team as soon as possible during the trip.
  • Formal claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of tour completion.

12. JURISDICTION

  • For operational matters, these Terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia.
  • For billing, invoicing, and payments, Hong Kong law applies.
