Mazala Travel is operated by Digital Consulting Service LLC, a registered company in Mongolia. Invoicing is managed by Mazala Limited, incorporated in Hong Kong. This Medical & Fitness Disclaimer applies to all individuals booking or participating in any of our tours, experiences, or related services.

By participating in any Mazala Travel activity, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this disclaimer.

1. PHYSICAL AND MEDICAL READINESS

Our tours may involve activities such as:

  • Horseback riding
  • Mountain hiking or trekking
  • Exposure to remote environments
  • Sudden changes in altitude or climate
  • Physical exertion over extended periods

You are solely responsible for determining your physical and medical fitness to participate in such activities. This includes confirming:

  • You are in sufficient health and physical condition
  • You are not currently under medical treatment or restriction that would prohibit your participation
  • You do not have any pre-existing condition (e.g., cardiovascular issues, respiratory conditions, joint injuries) that could be aggravated by travel or physical activity

If you have any doubt about your fitness for a tour, you must consult a qualified medical professional prior to booking.

2. MEDICAL DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENT

You are required to inform us in advance if you:

  • Have recently undergone surgery
  • Are pregnant
  • Are under treatment for chronic illness
  • Require special accommodations due to disability
  • Have dietary restrictions or allergies requiring medical attention

Failure to disclose such information may result in:

  • Denial of participation in specific activities
  • Removal from the tour without refund if conditions present safety risks

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By participating in Mazala Travel experiences, you voluntarily assume all risks related to physical activity, including but not limited to:

  • Slips, falls, altitude sickness
  • Dehydration, insect bites, sun exposure
  • Limited access to medical facilities in remote areas
  • Delayed emergency response due to terrain or weather

While we take reasonable steps to ensure safety, you participate at your own risk.

4. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONDUCT

You agree to:

  • Follow all safety instructions provided by tour leaders and local guides
  • Avoid reckless or dangerous behavior
  • Refrain from participating in any activity if you feel unwell or unsafe

Mazala Travel reserves the right to exclude any participant from an activity or entire tour if their medical condition, fitness level, or behavior presents a risk to themselves or others.

5. VACCINATION & HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

You are responsible for verifying and complying with:

  • Required vaccinations for Mongolia or any destination country
  • Entry health declarations (especially during outbreaks or pandemics)
  • International health and travel advisories

Mazala Travel may require confirmation of certain vaccinations (e.g., COVID-19, Hepatitis A/B, Tetanus) for participation in select tours.

6. NO MEDICAL SUPERVISION PROVIDED

Please note that:

  • Our staff are not licensed medical professionals
  • We do not carry or administer prescription medication
  • Emergency care may be limited in rural or mountainous locations

Travelers are advised to bring sufficient quantities of any required personal medications and a basic medical kit.

7. TRAVEL INSURANCE ADVISORY

Mazala Travel strongly recommends that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes:

  • Medical evacuation
  • Hospitalization
  • Trip cancellation and interruption
  • Accidental injury coverage

8. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating in a tour, you waive and release Mazala Travel, Digital Consulting Service LLC, Mazala Limited, their directors, staff, affiliates, and guides from any liability arising from:

  • Injuries or illnesses sustained during the trip
  • Missed medical treatments or conditions aggravated by travel
  • Non-disclosure of relevant medical information

This waiver does not affect your rights under applicable law where liability cannot be excluded.
